Finished "A Mathematical Mystery Tour: Discovering the Truth and Beauty of the Cosmos" by A. K. Dewdney, which held my interest until the end because I'm very interested in the subject these days, but was ultimately disappointing and kind of stupid. It was arranged as a fictional set of meetings with mathematicians around the world, and I just kept wishing it had been an *actual* set of meetings with mathematicians around the world.

Also re-read Steinbeck's "Sweet Thursday", (because "Cannery Row", the first book, seems to be missing from my collection). Great book.
