Watched DiG! (very good), I'll Sleep When I'm Dead (good), and City of God (great) today.

Soccer

Played in the Corporate Games today and yesterday, for Deloitte. We won our group yesterday, by beating all three teams we faced. Today started the tournament; we were seeded ninth overall, out of sixteen teams. First team we played -- within the first minute the ref called a free kick for us about thirty yards out; they sent me up; the kick came in and was flicked on; and there I was at the back post to put it away neatly. Goooooooaall! Went on to win 3-0.

Next game we faced the number one seed, and on a humongous pitch; the home grounds of the Preston Lions. We played well but were outclassed and tired, and ended up falling 0-3. Good fun, though, and quite a good team considering it was just thrown together.

Saw "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang". Very good. Many great quotable lines. Val Kilmer as a scene stealer? What's up with that?

Finished "Eats, Shoots and Leaves". Good fun.
