On a tear this long weekend. Rewatched "The Wonder Boys", because Marjorie just read the book. Rewatched "Circle of Friends" too.

And, "Ripley's Game". Didn't see much point in it.

Yesterday we saw "The March of the Penguins" in the theaters, which was nice, but would've been okay to see on TV, I think.

We also rented "Glengarry Glen Ross", which I thought was great.

Also rewatched "Die Hard with a Vengeance" for some mindless entertainment.

Book

Finished a re-read of Asimov's "Foundation". Not so good on second read. Why is this considered a classic?

Watch "Bombon: El Perro", an Argentinian movie. Sweet and warm.

Books

Finished a reread of Asimov's "I, Asimov" last week.

Finished "The Lesser Evil", the third volume of Victor Klemperer's diaries. While not quite as gripping as the earlier two, it was nevertheless quite interesting to see how he got on in Soviet-controlled East Germany. He was a somewhat embarassing apologist for Communism, despite clear evidences of abuses, but recanted to some extent in the end.

Rewatched "Dangerous Liaisons" the other week.

Rewatched "Magnolia" last night, and also watched "Live Forever" (good).
